Default Up pipe leak and hard start!

Ok so because I have starting issues here and there I happened to have the hood popped one day when about to start and it didn't start and then I noticed white smoke tried again still didn't start so I jumped out and it looks like the smoke is coming from the up pipes. Is there a write up in how to fix up pipes?
And could leaking up pipes cuz the no start?
If not any ideas?
When starting it chat he's for a second but when I let off the key still no start. And it seems to do it worse if I get the truck to normal operating temp then go to work for four hours then lunch and it will do it. If that helps at all. It also does it at any given temp such as it's happened at 25 30ish 49 today and I believe 50's near 60.

The up-pipe leak isn't causing the no start. Here are instructions and a link for the up-pipes to swap them to the IH bellowed style so they won't leak again.

Riffraff Diesel: International Bellowed Up-pipe Kit

For the starting issue we need a little more info. How often doesn't it start? When it does start does it start right up?

i think the starting is the gpr cuz voltage isnt dropping when i turn the key on. im about to go test it and thanks for the inks ill take a look after i see about the gpr.
but when it starts it starts right up it was doing it every so often now it wont start at all. just crank and it seemed to want to start more when i jumped the gpr has my mom crank while it was being jumped

oh and i can see where the pipe leak is coming from now its right behnfd the turbo where the two pipes come together. si that a normal place for them to leak?

so it is the gpr arcked it for 45 sec started right up and is the Ceramic Coating worth the extra $$$ i think im going to hit my dad up for the for a gradution present or early b-day present
