Okay I am pulling my hair out I need help! I have been trying to fix my drivers side headlight for a couple of months to no avial. I have searched and researched the TIPM issue but I have some questions. I checked my wires and they are good all connections have been cleaned and look good. I have high beams but no drivers low beam. If my ground was somehow bad I wouldt have a high beam either right? Also is there anything I am missing besides the TIPM that I can check. Is there anyway of eliminating the TIPM or is this the only option seems like this thing is a horrible design.

You'll have to have a scan tool with bidirectional communication and live data. Most likely it is a tipm but it CAN NOT be diagnosed without a scan tool. It would be guessing at best.
