Default EOT EOC with SCT

Hey guys first time diesel owner here...need help with question about EOT and EOC. I just bought a 2003 F250 6.0 about a week ago. I dont have any past knowledge of the truck other than it looks brand new inside and out, underneath etc. It has 98000 miles. I did oil change and fuel filters second day of owning it. In the next week or so I will be adding a coolant filter, flushing coolant, trans service, 8oz of revex. Truck runs perfect. Added a SCT ITSX running Erics custom street tune. So heres the issue. My EOT at any highway speed is constant at193-194. My ECT is steady at 177. So my delta is always about 16-17 degrees. outside air temps here in dayton have been pretty cold at about 30-32 with the real feel 22ish. Not towing or driving hard besides occasional quick take off. Should this be cause for concern? Should I replace my oil cooler? if so how soon? Will do an EGR delete and HPOP filter screen with oil cooler replacement. Will the coolant flush and VC9 clean help any? Will coolant filter help? And does anyone know where or have a good write up on how to replace the oil cooler? I can handle the job, just need torque specs and any special notes. Thanks in advance! And by the way, these trucks are badace! LOVE IT!

I would say your cooler is pretty clogged up, with new cooler they will be about the same, if they are that far apart and you are just cruising then it will definately go 20 -30 deg over when pulling big hill or towing. You have to remove fuel lines from filter housing/put tye wraps on fuel lines right behind the nut to keep the nut from slipping down where you can't get to it. After doing that then you need to pull all the clips for the injectors and pull connectors off injectors. unplug fan sensor, unplug coolant and oil sensors, Use T45? torx to unbolt the 4 bolts honding the filter housing on and remove. unbolt intake elbo/ just let it be untill you also remove entire air filter assembly, then loosen clamp on drivers side intercooler boot and remove pipe ad elbo as one piece, makes it alot easier on install,. there are 2 bolts, 13 or 15mm that go into the front of the intake that hold the fan stater on/ the big black plastic thing that totally gets in the way.next remove the alternator, hopefully you have a single as they are alot easier, most tensioners have a small clip on them to lock the tensioner in place. You are going to want to drain about 2 gallons of coolant before you loosen any other hoses or unbolt the intake. Remove turbo, fun the first time, there should be 3 10mm bolts, one on either side and one on back, if it 04-04 the back bolt is horizontal, if 05 up then it is vertical. undo the cooler pipe on pass side, alot easier after alternator is out of way, when you loosen the 2 band clamps you may have to pry the inner part of the clam to get it to loosen, there are 3 sections to the inner part of clamp. Unplug the elec. connection on turbo, remove 8mm bolt that holds turbo oil line to cooler, remove 2 10mm bots on top of turbo tha thold feed line and remove line. now you are ready to remove turbo, lift straight up then pull forward and you kind of roll it out toward pass side front, it is heavy. undo the 8mm bolt that holds the metal heater tube to pump housing, also remove the 8mm bolt that holds same tube to intake right below where alternator was. you don't have to remove rubber line, just pull tube out of pump housing and lay to side, Now you can remove the injector harness back to ficm, which you are going to remove off the drivers side valve cover. once the FICM is removed then you can start removing the intake bolts and the one clamp that hooks the EGr cooler to the exhaust pipe. It helps to have 2 people when removing intake, one to pull it out from front and other to get harness and fuel lines out of way, they will get hung up on front of intake. After intake is out the oil cooler is right there, several bolts hold it down, make sure you have a bunch of rags behind the oil cooler when you unbolt it. NOTE- REMOVE THE TURBO PEDESTAL IF NEEDED, i FORGOT YOU DON'T HAVE A EGR DELETE YET. when you pull the oil cooler out oil is going to spill out. After you have cooler out then you want to get the rest of oil out of the resivoir to get to the screen and to also clean up any debri in there. 2ND NOTE, TRY TO REMEMBER THE HEIGHT OF THE OIL AND REFILL RESIVOIR BEFOR YOU PUT COOLER BACK IN AND ONLY AFTER YOU DO THE HPOP IF YOU ARE DOING THAT. the pump is easy after all this stuff is out of way, pretty straight forward. I use simple greene and a pressure washer to clean the inside of intake, it's amazing how cruddy it is in there. I'm sure I missed something but if any problems post back.......
