Default 1995 6.5TD

Hello I have purchased a 1995 6.5 TD Had the truck for a week and it ran great. This past Saturday i was having a loss of power. Truck won't go over 35-40mph. I changed the fuel filter out. Still no better I then noticed I wasn't getting fuel to the filter. I changed out the lp this morning and now have plenty of fuel and the truck starts up and idles I can rev the engine between 1800 to 2800 rpm in Park with no problem. As soon as I take the truck on the road and get on it. The truck goes when I let off the engine dies.. Any ideas?

Default still no change

Ok so I Purchased and Installed a new oil pressure sensor this morning. Truck starts up and idles fine but as soon as I rev the engine it runs very rough and stalls.. Thinking maybe a bad PMD?? Anyone have any ideas? I'm really hoping its not a bad injector pump. I have a spare pmd and changed it out and the engine still runs the same..

Have you cracked open the T valve while it is idling? should have plenty of fuel come out of the hose when this is done it kind of sounds like a lift pump issue

I'm going to run a hot wire direct to the lift pump and see if the truck will stay running like that.. If thats the case I will just run a toggle switch to the hot wire and I will manually start and stop the pump..

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

I hooked a hot wire to the lift pump had constant fuel to the T still truck idles and still won't take any fuel. Thinking I might have a bad injector pump or something else going on.. Anyone have any ideas please?? Truck has been down for 6 days now??? Almost wishing I never bought it. Hoping its something very simple that I'm over seeing...

just bypass the relay under the hood to an accessory fuse. (about 2 inches of wire and it will use the ignition switch. no muss no fuss.
