Try to get your tank down to under 1/4 a tank. Double check all your fittings to make sure you got them tight. Don't forget to crack open an injector line or 2 to bleed the system.

easy if follow directions i did mine by myself in my yard. hardest part was getting tank back in by myself but seen a post on here to use rachet straps to rachet it back up and was a breeze. i didnt have to crack any injector lines.

take your time and ensure all the fittings are fully on so no air leaks
look up some of the mods for the fuel cannisters instead of drilling into tank
take your time and follow directions all will be well

Hot water don't work on the pushlok fittings, use a heat gun (if it is cold a torpedo heater works well too). If you don't have one, have some grease on hand to get them on tight (up to the collar).

We throw out the factory push lok fittings and replace all of them with AN adapters with swivel pushloks. We also use our own fuel hose.

Boiling water in a cup will soften the hose, but not as much as the heat gun as mentioned. Be careful to not overheat the ends as they will delaminate.

You only need to get over 2 barbs. If the fitting has 3, don't sweat that 3rd one. Te collar is just for decoration, it serves no useful purpose.

Crack the fuel line at the pump and bump it over. Snug when you get the air out.
