Will the weak lift pump be ways causing the low boost pressure?

Weak lift pump can cause damage to the vp, which can cause low fueling which can cause low power.
Sense boost is created by thermal dynamics and exhaust energy, when an engine starves for fuel it will starve for boost

excellent explanation. I hope that doesn't sound sarcastic cause I don't intend it to be. I like understanding the how and why something works. thank you

Thank you.
You will have a lot of time invested to truly understand these engines.
There is a lot more to them than people think. It goes much further that the 4 strokes of the engine (intake, compression, power, exhaust)
When it comes to building a higher hp efficient engine a lot of engineering and science really does come in handy. There is secrets out there that engineers have discovered that they just do not tell people, it is what keeps the people ontop, ontop.
I am gathering information every day, and when I find great info I have this little black book that I write in. (A lot of formulas as well)
So, long story short, to understand them better than the next guy takes a lot of drive
Best of luck! Let me know what you discover with the truck

I was finally able to get back to the shop. I put on the air dog raptor because it was more financially feasible. I hate that im restricted that way but I am. anyhow now when I start it up it takes maybe 10 sec (that is an approximation) for the fuel pressure to come up. is that normal I don't remember the other pump doing that even tho it was weak. once it come up its fine. im just concerned for my vp is this adding extra stress on it and how do I remedy it?
