Sad steering box need help

My steering box is leaking and has a lot of play in it. Can it be rebuilt or do I have to replace it?

Remans cost a bunch. rebuild kit is cheap.

I fixed up my buddy's truck (w250) with a used 2wd half-ton box. Exact same... just change the pitman arm.

I think a new one on rock auto was around $170+ shipping. I'd rather spend like $20 and buy the kit and do it my self.
