Default sticky brakes

Okay, so I bought my 96 12 valve club cab long bed dually last year knowing it needed some love. I'm confused about my brakes tho... there was air in the brake system (i could tell) and all the brake components were looking their age as well as the brakes sticking on for a few seconds after i let off the pedal. So I decided to replace everything, and i did, with the exception of some brake lines and the diverter (where the brake fluid gets split after the master) thinking all would be well and good. breaks are excellent now except they still stick after i let off the pedal.... any ideas anybody? can the diverter cause that problem?
