I own a turbo business and I wanna add injectors to it. Does anyone know a website that has spread sheet for Bosch injector nozzle specs and Bosch part numbers? Or any mechanical injector info at that? Please Help! I have pop tester and flow bench on the way!

 

Is there are specific injector part # you want? What are you using for a flow bench? Bosch has a small catalog with some more common part #'s.

 

What is catalog called and does it say how many hole and hole sizes in it? Im looking for, 5x.014 and 5x.018. And just other misc. parts. I have the place where i order from just a pain in the butt to find part numbers. The pop tester is on its way. Gunna wait a little for flow bench. Till then ill just send them to Miller Diesel to be re-checked.

 

It does not show hole size. the sizes you are looking for are modified-- enlarged through EDM or extrude honed.

 

I was wondering what my injectors were actually... They're 4 hole, don't know the hole size, at the top of the injector there's 4103 stamped... there were a bunch of other numbers further down, I have them written down, unfortunately, not here
