Lower/Upper Shift Boot 4x4 Manual

n need of a shift boot for a 94 - 97 4x4 with a manual, I have looked everywhere and cannot find one. The boots for this years is a 1-piece boot with the t-case and tranny shifter boot are connected as one.

Do you have the lower, upper, or bother? Can you send me some pictures? Condition is what I would basr price off of since I have seen many if my buddy's trucks that are rotting...
