Chip for a 99 5.9L

Looking for a reasonably priced Chip for my 99 Cummins, looking for anything thats a decent deal.

I found a buddy that is going to sell me an Edge Juice w/ attitude for 500. Seems like a good dealk to me any thoughts?

I have one out of a 99 Ram 24 V Cummins with auto trans. that I bought and sold that plugs in line in the harness but all of the stickers are off of it so I can't tell what brand it is. It maybe an old BD not sure but I can take some pics if interested.
