Just swapped in a nv4500 into my 92. Looking for a 1st or 2nd gen, two wheel drive ,shift boot with the lower half that keeps out the water.

 

There was actually a factory version of these boots put into the '92 and '93s, powered with a V-6 or V-8 GAS engine, backed by an NV4500.
I have all of it.
It consists of the tower seal/boot, the lower floor boot, the upper boot and a plastic trim ring.
