Anyone parting out a 1998.5 -2002- Dodge pickup. I need the part that cranks up the spare tire for storage. I cant find one around here and I'm trying to avoid the stealership. I am not sure what the part is called, It is attached to the frame and has a cable in it to attach to the spare tire so it can be raised up under the truck bed for storage.
If anyone knows where I can get a new unit thats fine.

I just replaced mine because it looked as if there were only two or there threads keeping it together. I had to get mine off E-bay and I think I paid about $80. Kind of high, but I couldn't imagine how much damage that tire would do to a car behind me. Heaven forbid it goes through a windshield and hurt some kid or something.
