does anyone have a 5spd trannsmission for a 99 24 valve 2500 or does anyone rebuild them???? The truck has already been broke for 2 months and i really miss driving her!!! PLease somme one help i am in upstate new york and i cant find anyone to work on it and i cant even find a used tranny in new york or mass not 1.....please help thank you.....

 

There is a shop in Tampa Florida that rebuilds only standard trannys. It is called All Star Standard transmission. An internet search for rebuilders might find one closer to you but I know these people are good. I can find a phone number for them if you need it.

Where in Upstate NY are you? Just asking, because it appears that upstate goes downstate a long way. I am also in Upstate.

 

See if you can find a wrecked truck and swap them out. You can go with another NV4500, NV5600 or even a G56. They all should bolt right up!

 

We have parts and can perform the rebuild. 2 or 4wd?
