don't expect to go over 60-65mph without doing some work on the pump.... a friend of mine had one back in highschool...... it got like 60mpg on the highway..... but it would only go 70 max, downhill, with a tail wind, drafting....... he never ever did a valve adjustment on it and it died a horrable death.....

i have some 4" stainless pipe
i think it's like a 10-12' section. you can make a whole exhaust system for that ring.
give the ricers a run for there money

definitely needs a hood stack, and maybe some marker lamps on top

He definetly had something wrong with it! I had an 1980 and it would easily get up and go 80-85. Top advertised speed on these things were 87mph.

Funny you mention that! Me, the wife & kids took a walk on the pier tonight and thats exactly what I told her, hood stack! She laughed @ me!

Good thing I got this thing! Diesel shot up to $3.69 a gallon!
