Default 2 Stroke?

Has anyone ran 2 stroke in their TDI? If so what results did you see. I used 2 stroke in my 06 CTD and I saw mileage increase, was wondering if that would work with the TDI.

I don't know if I'd run anything in your fuel there is way to much controversy on fuel addatives in my opinion, I used to run a bit of powerservice in every tankful and i tried 2 stroke oil out, nothing really did anything positive, granted I didn't have anything that did any negative but if you can't notice a difference why throw money into it? If you get good results more power to ya

oil mixed with the fuel adds BTU's... more BTU's more energy to be produced... more energy per same ammount of fuel injected menas you wont lean on the throttle as hard which = better economy... if you drive it hard before, notice a slight increase (mental or actual) in performance and drive it the same or harder... then you wont see an increase. everything is a snow ball effect... for the cost of the 2 cycle oil i'd run it opposed to replacing fuel system parts...

lubrication is everything...

keep the 2 stroke away from a tdi the fuel systems are so touchy on these things that it dosent take much to screw them up. and the turbos run so hot that it will just creat more trouble than its worth
