I would like the new TDIs if they didn't have a DPF attached to them but we will see how a programmer injectors and a turbo will affect these new TDIs in the new year. im sure they will find a way to get rid of those DPFs

wow! Go on the TDIClub and they are all scared when I talked about removing the DPF, and tuning a new car. I told them we do it all the time to trucks. You have to watch what kinda questions you ask . May be a bunch of tree huggers or something?
everyone is talking goin green on this planet, i wouldnt call tdiclub tree huggers because they are tryin to help the earth

i won lie, tdiclub can be a pain in the *** and not helpful at all, but if you dig ... the is alot of real good information out there

The forum at TDIClub is a bit different from here for sure, but there is a wealth of information concerning the TDI's you won't find anywhere else as far as I can tell. Not to mention the fact that once you go to some GTG's and get to know these guys, you will find that they are not always the way you might think, just that the info isn't necessarily as public as on some other forums.

Holy thread revival batman! I am in the process of haggling on a TDI for my YJ and, if that goes well, taking the COTY swap kit and using it on my
ZJ as well, though I want the higher HP and torque of a "bombed" motor first. SO I am educating myself on how to build a TDI now.
