yeah the 635 is a kinda high for my tast but maybe in the future,

are they any benefit for an everyday driver with stock to moderate power of would just the big dogs benefit from this setup, and what if ya want to hang twins on it would it be strong enough??

Will benefit any setup, now as far as twins hanging off it no set should just hang off any manifold even though i have done it with my stocked, a support bracket should always be used and will have to be used with these. The flange can be put in any location you want and can be any foot you want. The price is pretty good considering the price of an aftermarket manifold and its benefits and these are priced accordingly, once i get dyno numbers they will also support the cost.

good deal yeah you definately need a support bracket for twins and ill admit that didnt cross my mind when i wrote the previous question but thats good news for all of us that drive Cummins and this should help with the cracking we experience with the stock manifolds

i was told 16gauge but with the turbo supports no cracking has occured and one truck has an HX55 hanging off of it. They will come coated witha a kinda light weight coating that does work well but is nothing like jet hot or anything like that. I am gonna wrap mine with header wrap just keep it even cooler under the hood.

Oh and these will fit 12Valves and come with both 24 and 12V gaskets!
