Man that truck looks like it would be really strong if it stayed together, what joints are you running and is the shaft something aftermarket or not? I would make a new shaft for the front and put some bigger joints in. You can go to the local junk yard and find a old motorhome chassis they had dana 70s with bigger joints that fit on 60s and we make our own shafts up with them, we use the yokes from the 70s.

I use the shafts that come on the motorhomes, I cut them to length put them on the truck with a couple tacks and spin them with a rod next to them to make sure they are straight, put a few more tacks on and spin it some more to check for straightness, once they are straight someone spins it while I weld it. Forgot to mention you have to cut just through the shaft on the end right where they are welded and the end will come off then shorten the shaft to the desired lenght the piece you first cut off should slip back into the shaft about 3/8 of an inch then you can put some small tacks on. If you lived closer I would help build them for you I weld stuff for pullers all the time and don't charge them anything, Garrett Shields is one of them.
