Default newbe with a few question

ok so im getting into the pulling scene, i pulled once this year so far didnt do the hottest (230ft) so my questions are...

i have 4:10 gears with 315/75's (at's), what gear should i pull in?

should i air down my tires, if so to what?

are ladder bars and drive shaft loops worth making?

where can i get a hitch?

depends on what transmission and what do you have done. A defininate yes to the traction/ladder bars, as far as air pressure, down in the front up in the back if you are looking for an adjustable hitch, i would recommend making your own but if you cant or dont want to, then try to find a camper dealer and get one from them, one with a lot of holes so you can move it around...

sounds good so far ... but add some valve springs and some 4k's, run 3rd locked and you should have a good starter puller

i was looking into valve springs but thts where i draw the line for now .

if i do valve springs the head will have to come off, then since its off ill have to have it ported and pollished and gone over, then since thats all done ill prrob have to studd it, thne since its studded i would have to get a bigger turbo ..

i just cant take somthing apart and put it back togother better if i know i can upgrade it to make it more bad a**

but for now i think im keepin it how it is untill i ether get a low miliage motor to replace it or a new daily

any one know what psi i should run in the tires?

you don't need to take the head off for valve springs, its pretty easy with the head on.
