Default should i?

im getting alot of peer pressure to pull my truck. my neighbor has a duramax that dynoed at 635 horse n 1114 ft lbs n he pulls it. he is on my case bad tryin to get me to hook up at our fair. it'd be the 95 in my sig. its got a nv4500 with an upgraded input shaft n a south bend dual disc clutch with a 3250 plate load. i think its prolly strong enough but im still a bit apprehensive.... whats u guys opinion?

i would say that the 3250 would hold...that is if you are only pulling once...

While the clutch will be fine, if your neighbor has 600+ HP that duramax will be a long ways ahead of your 12v. You aren't gonna be able to prove much to him with your mods.

If its your DD then I would prolly sit it out til you can afford to break it, or build another toy. Too easy to break an axle, or u-joint, or the t-case.

no not at the buck, just our local fair. n i'm not going to pull. i know there's no way my truck will ever be what his is so thats not the issue. but like i said, if i ever find a good tranny for my 96 i'll build that n pull it. until then i'll just stay in the pits n watch the little 6 cylinders stomp the v8's.
thanks for the input guys
