I'm in want of ladder bars for my truck but I want to make my own custom ones. Does anyone have any kind of dimensions I need what for bushings to use they'd be willing to share? Only need dimensions. Like I said I want to make my own. Trucks a 99 cummins longbed dually if it matters

 

Have you looked at the homemade caltracs ? I'm not sure how they would work for heavy hauling though -
