hi everyone im looking for a new brake controller my old one is fried ive been lookin at this one Towing Brake Controller - JCWhitney i want a good one but somethin still affordable any thoughts thanks in advance

I just bought a Tekonsha Primus and love it! I got a screaming deal thru a friend for only $83 out the door...

I got a prodigy love it as well, just be aware they don't like power from the break away switch back feeding thur the system.

X4 got it off e bay with the pocket mount and plug and play harness for my 96.

What kind of towing will you be doing? Not trying to start a war hear but when I worked at an rv dealership we tried like hell to get people to not buy those. Had many a problem with those brands. I like a Reese myself. Just don't get one you have to level. A simple one with a time delay and power adjustment will probly be good. Also take note of the kind of brakes you have. Some realy work better with others. Weird I know but that's how the ball bounces.
