I agree! Cabbage is stressful with a trailer...

Grew up in Grand Junction Colo, lived all over that state and drove virtually every road both paved and unpaved and i promise you that 550 over red mountain is the absolute worst in any weather you add a little snow and ice a few idiots that have never driven slick roads and you have the best recipe for disaster. I-70 just west of Green River Utah has Spotted wolf which is 6 miles of 6% grade with a 45 degree corner in the middle of it can be a bit fun during the winter and is mean as hell on vehicles in the summer when it hits 105 F outside...seen a few car fires on that one.

PA is pretty tough. 3 MILE HILL, Route 31 Southwest PA, Laurel Mountains. But I'm assuming out west near the Rockies is tougher.

Uphill grade coming out of Lewiston Idaho towards Moscow Idaho, i think its Hwy 23? Ive seen more than one guy sittin on the side with a fried tranny, and the smell of brakes is constantly hanging in the air... I even saw one guy in a F150 towing a 3 horse trailer who blew his rear diff when he started getting drug backwards and kept hammering down.

the Donner Pass on old us-40 between Truckee and Kingvale, CA. I had to go that way once with a 37' 5'ver when CALTRANS wouldn't let me go over Donner on I-80 without chaining(wasn't snowing...yet), but they let me go over the original pass on old 40. That was a long hour for 9 miles. I was on my way up when the storm hit.....
