Default Matching rims...165.1 or 170 difference?

So I have tires that are basically brand new on my truck that I just bought but it has the stock 16" silver rims (which are ugly). I am looking into getting some new rims but I am seeing some variations...

I am looking at these:

16 Black Level 8 Guardian Wheels Rims 8x165.1 8 Lug Chevy GMC Dodge 2500 2500HD | eBay

16 Black MB TKO Wheels Rims 8x165.1 8 Lug Chevy GMC Dodge Ram 2500 | eBay

While looking for new rims - how can I be sure they will fit okay? Without buying new tires...

Whole looking around further I see some sized as 16x7 and 16x8 but both have 8 lugs. Also with my tires do I need to pay attention to offset and spacing?
