Question Need An Opinion Please!!!

I have a chance to buy a set of these wheels used from a buddy(pic 1). They come with nearly new (3000mi) Toyo M/T's 35/12.5/17

These arent my favorite wheels but he want $1800 for the whole works. The tires alone here cost me $1700....My only problem is that I have fairly new tires and I really wanted to go to an 18" wheel in the Dick Cepek (pic 2)

Give me some input guys and gals....

Thanks

Go with the DC, much better looking IMO. The first set looks like car wheels to me but what do I know? I am a fan of wheels atleast 18" nothing smaller.
