Anyone ever run these tires??

LMAO sounds like I'm too well known.
Yep, I've run Coopers since about 1994 for sure, and possibly before that. I've run them on trucks from 2wd rangers to dually Fords and my Dodge Cummins. They have always impressed me with how many miles I get out of them and how well they wear. My last set for my Dodge were the Cooper S/T tires in 315. The odometer went from 18,000 miles to 70,000 miles with those S/Ts, and they were still not down to the wear bars. In fact, I sent them down to Illinois and gave them to BossHawg600. He has them now, so he can attest to the condition they are in (I only gave away 3, keeping the 4th for my own spare). Now I am trying out the newly designed STT with the ArmorTek3 carcass, and I am impressed. Granted, the snow and ice traction of the STT isn't as good as the S/T or S/T-C, but they grab like mad. At the same time I got my STTs, my friend with his '03 CTD put 305 Goodyear MTRs on his truck, and mt STTs are considerably quieter.
When these wear out (especially with my upcoming bombs to the truck LOL) I will be getting them again. Cooper makes a great tire, IMHO. I have no stock in Cooper, and don't sell tires. I am just impressed with them. I could have easily gone 10k farther on those S/Ts, which would have put me at 60k miles on them before they would have been toast. I just like deep tread, so I replace tires early.

not saying this happened to you but it's something to keep in mind anyway.

did you have an "LT" rated tire or a "P" rated tire. lots of guys go buy tires and are surprised that they only lasted "this" long. many times it's because they bought a "P" rated tire and not a "LT" rating. most companies offer tires in both ratings for most sizes. unless you ask or look at your sidewall, many times you'll never know.

I was going to say the same thing or ask about tire pressure. some people just fill them up and run them and then blame the tire for crappy wear.

im running them in a 285/75/16 d flavor, and i absolutely love them, they are quiet, but aggressive, smooth as a street tire, yet once again, aggressive....ive had alot of different mud type tires, and these are by far the best for street/offroad use that ive had.....goodyear mt/rs are horrible, if youve ever considered them, take this second to slap your own wrist, trust me, they suck....i had a set on my super duty, and got stuck on flat ground in wet grass......and that was only after they were about 2 weeks old, now as far as the STTs go, ive had no issues, and trust me, ive been in a few places i shouldnt have with my truck, and my jeep on the trailer behind me...dont even guess about it, just go buy them and be happy
