Question 2wd level & lift?

hey guys I have a 2001 CTD with the independent front suspension and it sits really low to the ground especially the front so I was wondering is it possible to level it up and lift it a hair just to give it that 4wd look atleast? might be a waste of time and money but if anyone has done tis pleasefill me in and post some pics thanks guys

Throw a leveling kit on and call it a day. Most kits are around a 100 bucks or so, a good set of bilstein shocks would be a good investment too.
