Default Supercoils? Front end coil spring lift?

I own a 96 GMC C2500 Sierra with the 6.5 turbo charged diesel. I am considering lifting my truck. My truck is a 2wd. So far i have found two different optoins. Option 1 is Fabtech 4.5" lift spindles for $650. Option 2 is Supercoil spring coil lifts which use longer coils to lift about 2". Does anyone have any experience with either of these? My truck seems like it is squatting down more in the front so i think its time for new coil springs.

No experience with either but Id def looking to the new coils if you say yours are tired since fabtechs will still use the old tired ones. But I guess it all depends on how much lift your after
