I was only going by the fact that there is no siping...60,000 miles, I WISH!! I dont get anywhere near that mileage, but we run so darn much gravel year round that you just dont get the life that you would on the hiway...30k-70k (kms) is the average for us...

Had these put on today. Rides like hell. They used the glass beads for balancing and something isn't balancing right. Front end shimmied all over the place on the 40 mile trip back home. Gotta make a call tomorrow and see what they are gonna do about it.

Ive never used the beads, but I think Doc has...I always use weights...gives me something to complain about when they fall off

Today while we were talking about this my kid told me the secret to keeping weights from falling off. He's not a fan of the beads either.

When you use the weights, clean the wheels good first and then cover the weights with that silver metallic reflective tape. It draws the heat off the breaks to it and melts the adhesive in good before it falls off on it's own over time.
