Dually Rear Sway Bar Adapted to a 2500
I put this bar from the same year dually ('07) on my 2500. Not sure if it is thicker than the stock 2500 bar, but it is definitely heavy and required considerable fabrication of the mounting bracketry to get it in how I wanted it. Made a nice improvement in how the truck handles in the turns. This configuration makes for a clean, stealth install, with the bar raised up about four inches above the axle, enabling it be mounted up in there basically upside down and backwards:

I used two of the original U-Bolts that held the leaf springs on (before I upgraded them to 5/8"), some 1/4" steel plate and a few small piecs of 1/2" black pipe to make brackets for attaching to the axle. I serrated the surfaces of the U-bolt and top piece of the clamp where they contact the axle. This was probably not necessary, since the force against the mount is straight up and down, not torsional, but I wanted to make sure it had a solid, tight connection. The driver side mount needed to be offset by about 2 inches to clear the brake fitting:

End links lined up nicely at the correct 90 degree angle with a simple bracket to the rear frame crossmember where it attaches to the main frame rail on either side. I believe this is somewhat similar to how the Hellwig does it, but haven't actually seen their hardware:

This pic shows a front view with weight on the suspension. It clears the diff nicely with about two inches to spare at full droop:
