I would never buy any thing else from him his name is David or Dave he rip me off for about $1800. half my order I had to hire a lawer to sue him whitch I'll probably won't get any thing because he don't have any thing. I here he works out of a barn behind his house and has rip hundreds off. I'm not sure about how many he's rip off but he got me good.

I placed my order with Big Dually Wheels on 5th of May 2010 and I kept waiting for my order to come. In mid September over the phone David Christoffel, the owner of that store, told me that everything is being shipped to my place. Since then I was not able to reach him on store's phone numbers. It's October 2010 as I write this message and I still have not got anything. This looks very bad and it must be very dumb to keep waiting for so long.
I have no idea what can I do about it. Please feel free to contact me if have the same issue with Big Dually Wheels.

I believe i called this guy once...but since it cost so much for shipping, i went to my local Les Swab and found 6 alluminum wheels[not 2 steel] off a semi and bought 6 toyo traction tires for at least a grand cheaper. Good thing i didn't order from him...damn!:s:

i need some rear center caps for my 24's.. does anyone know where i can buy them? i want some without the ugly ass beauty ring. there were some on a dually at a car show but the guy didnt know where they came from. from what i could tell it had about 5 tabs that went under the lug nuts.

I am located in Moscow, Russia, and I did International bank wire. I wired funds ($5,013.95) in May 2010. I cannot reverse the bank wire.

Glenn, thanks for the phone number. Chatted with Attorney at Law Gregory Fell. He told me that I can fail a claim but it won't get my money back because it looks like the owner of Big Dually Wheels is a bum running his web site from his yard and he doesn't have anything. It's sad and I guess only thing I can do now is tell everyone that he's a thief.
BigDuallyWheels web site phone is working, spoken with some guy, who asked me to call back later in 40 mins that David is out.
I will continue to post here my progress with this guy.

I have an update - just got off the phone with David . He's offering me a full refund but I need the wheels and wheel adapters. It's going to be couple of days to finalize the final decision on this.
I want to be wrong and I will apologize for calling that person a thief. I will wait and see - I will keep you guys posted.

I am going to step in and say my two cents and be done! I have been a customer of Big Dually since 2003 and have never ever had a problem getting anything from them. Dose David and his guys take a while to fill orders or make mistakes I don't know. We had to wait on a set of custom made wheels for my c4500 that only he makes and yes they took 3 months longer then he told me but not once did I think I was going to be riped off nor did I come to a public fourm and bash and slander his business name. All this talk about going on other websites and bash Big Dually is going to do what ? Make you feel better about your self? What happens if Big Dually turns around and can prove slander and that you cost them to lose business due to faulse or miss leading facts and sues you then what? Endless cycle of wasted money for both parties. We are adults here this whole posting should have never been posted on a open fourm in till a finial out come.This really makes you look stupid I think. Look I see fx2 had his problem worked out and came on here like a man and said he was sorry for his comment. I guess you are all asking your selfs how I found this topic well I just happen to be at Big Dually when one of the sale guys got a phone call from someone from this site and asked for the owner and neither where their and this person went on to tell this poor kid about what was going on and thought that he would call and let Big Dually know if they wanted to respond to the post that it could be found on diesel bombers website. So I wanted to check it out for my self since this poor kid was lost over this whole deal. There are laws to protect everyone on both sides and making theats is not very smart and wanting to pay him a visit would sure not be a good idea. You all are grown men and will do as you please. my sole purpose was to let every know that Big Dually and David have never dose us wrong and as a matter of fact I just paid them for a set of 26" dually wheels in cash! I hope this all works out for everyone in the end.

big4500 4x4; why would they ever charge anyones credit card before a order is ready to ship? i order parts online very often and have never had a buisiness do that. also unless its a truly custom order IMO it should never take more than a week to ship. i know from personel phone conversations that they have very poor manors. i spend and will continue to spend lots of money on my vehicles and i will never order from someone that talks rude to me. they could have a great thing and make big bucks but with poor customer service and negative feedback there not heading in the right direction. thats just my 2cents

I don't know anything about charging cards or what happens in there office with money matters. But I know they make everyone pay in full for custom wheels as they asked me to do for both sets of my wheels. Your right about customer service there for a while he had a lot of punks that worked there and did't care about anything but a pay check on Friday. As far as custom wheels and the two builders they use are not the quickest by any means and I know that my new 26" dually wheels are going to take at least 2 months to make due to the back orders and I am fine with that. One of his builders is in the hospital and dieing of cancer and has all of Big Dually orders on hold and have been on hold for well over 3+ months. FYI I got to swing by and talk to David and ask him face to face about all of this stuff going on. This what I have been told and was also showed the letter from the attorney from the first guy whom started all the posting. What he told his lawyer and what he paid for are way different. As far as FX2 his order is about done just wating on some cnc work and then the order can ship he was also offered a full refund but told Big Dually he just wants his order not a refund so I guess they are tryin to finish up and ship it out. Off the topic of Big Dually .. And back to charging a card before an order is ready to ship out I had to wait almost 6 months for my bumpers to even be shipped from Road Armor and they charged my american express the same day I called them. Now I just can't wait for my new wheels to get here I am like a kid waiting on santa:jump::jump:

I have some 22.5" wheels and tires on order with Big Dually and they're waiting on 10x10 adapters ('08 F450). This is my first purchase with them but Dave is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I'll post further when they arrive.

I will be headed to big dually wheels in the am 12/11/2010 to pick up my 26"dually wheels for my Dodge and better yet I paid him in cash $12,400.00! You guys don't know what is going on behind close doors with his business. He has just went threw a nasty divorce and she is a cop and also a sheriff I don't want to tell his business but I can't sit here any longer and let you bash a good man any longer! Glenn, you have an attorney and so on but why don't you come out and tell the truth about the whole picture and what is really going on with your order and how you and your attorney dose not want David to fix the order that is less then $800.00 bucks that you want over 7K in damages. FX your wheels and dually adapters where sitting out to be picked up by the freight co when I was there mid week! You know you guys sit here and bash a business and a guy and also my new friend who bends over and dose nothing but give a 100% and is about the only guy I know that really knows what the hell he is doing when it comes to the big wheel kits for duallys! You want a man thats honest and customer service and american made products you go see David at big dually wheels. I will no longer sit here and let any one bash David @ big daully wheels any longer. He is a man that takes well over 100+ calls a day and running the show now on his own with doing installs and taking calls and doing all the shipping and making his own wheels give this man a break he is doing the best he can! Well I had a good experience with Dave. Talked to him for a good while one day. It took a few trys to get him though. Really though he is cheaper than others for the 19.5s I want. He was even very confident about having a better price than others. Even encouraged me to shop around more. I'll probably order from him when the time comes.

I wish I had seen BigC45004x4's posting earlier, I'd have told him to say "Hi" from Stuart in Redmond, WA. I know he's run into supply problems for my 10X10 adapters and now awaiting 40 new studs. My wife is VERY concerned, but I'm remaining hopefully optimistic. I just hope they get here before we get snow again, the OEM load range "G" tires they put on F450's are like slicks in the snow. Driving my HEMTT 8x8, while fun, isn't really an option, it only holds two people and only gets about 3-4 mpg. Not really an option for a family of four, plus I if hit someone, they'd most likely be dead. I've nearly crushed a Mazda Miata once, they were about 18" from certain death but that is another story.

I want to say very good things about Dave, but I'll have to hold off all further comments about him until I know the ultimate outcome.

I wanna see pics of those 26" wheels!!!!!!!!!! :scare2:
