big4500 4x4; why would they ever charge anyones credit card before a order is ready to ship? i order parts online very often and have never had a buisiness do that. also unless its a truly custom order IMO it should never take more than a week to ship. i know from personel phone conversations that they have very poor manors. i spend and will continue to spend lots of money on my vehicles and i will never order from someone that talks rude to me. they could have a great thing and make big bucks but with poor customer service and negative feedback there not heading in the right direction. thats just my 2cents

 

I don't know anything about charging cards or what happens in there office with money matters. But I know they make everyone pay in full for custom wheels as they asked me to do for both sets of my wheels. Your right about customer service there for a while he had a lot of punks that worked there and did't care about anything but a pay check on Friday. As far as custom wheels and the two builders they use are not the quickest by any means and I know that my new 26" dually wheels are going to take at least 2 months to make due to the back orders and I am fine with that. One of his builders is in the hospital and dieing of cancer and has all of Big Dually orders on hold and have been on hold for well over 3+ months. FYI I got to swing by and talk to David and ask him face to face about all of this stuff going on. This what I have been told and was also showed the letter from the attorney from the first guy whom started all the posting. What he told his lawyer and what he paid for are way different. As far as FX2 his order is about done just wating on some cnc work and then the order can ship he was also offered a full refund but told Big Dually he just wants his order not a refund so I guess they are tryin to finish up and ship it out. Off the topic of Big Dually .. And back to charging a card before an order is ready to ship out I had to wait almost 6 months for my bumpers to even be shipped from Road Armor and they charged my american express the same day I called them. Now I just can't wait for my new wheels to get here I am like a kid waiting on santa

 

I have some 22.5" wheels and tires on order with Big Dually and they're waiting on 10x10 adapters ('08 F450). This is my first purchase with them but Dave is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I'll post further when they arrive.

 

I will be headed to big dually wheels in the am 12/11/2010 to pick up my 26"dually wheels for my Dodge and better yet I paid him in cash $12,400.00! You guys don't know what is going on behind close doors with his business. He has just went threw a nasty divorce and she is a cop and also a sheriff I don't want to tell his business but I can't sit here any longer and let you bash a good man any longer! Glenn, you have an attorney and so on but why don't you come out and tell the truth about the whole picture and what is really going on with your order and how you and your attorney dose not want David to fix the order that is less then $800.00 bucks that you want over 7K in damages. FX your wheels and dually adapters where sitting out to be picked up by the freight co when I was there mid week! You know you guys sit here and bash a business and a guy and also my new friend who bends over and dose nothing but give a 100% and is about the only guy I know that really knows what the hell he is doing when it comes to the big wheel kits for duallys! You want a man thats honest and customer service and american made products you go see David at big dually wheels. I will no longer sit here and let any one bash David @ big daully wheels any longer. He is a man that takes well over 100+ calls a day and running the show now on his own with doing installs and taking calls and doing all the shipping and making his own wheels give this man a break he is doing the best he can! Anyone whom has a problem with David, here is his address 15290 CR 673 Leonard,Texas I can tell you this much you best back a lunch because this guy is not a small guy and best bring a few friends with you or pack a gun to take this guy on! I would sure not like to meet him alone! It's really sad that you all come on a open fourm and not tell the truth and bash a man and his business. Matter of fact I just bought a dodge 5500 today and I am going to order a set of 22.5 for it when I get there in the am and I will also pay cash for them and really don't care if it takes him a year for him to get them to me! I trust him and don't have anything but good things to say about Big Dually Wheels and David and the great customer service ! Just remember we all have to answer to god for our lies! David, at big dually wheels has earned my respect and business for life or for as long as he has the business!

 

Well I had a good experience with Dave. Talked to him for a good while one day. It took a few trys to get him though. Really though he is cheaper than others for the 19.5s I want. He was even very confident about having a better price than others. Even encouraged me to shop around more. I'll probably order from him when the time comes.

I wish I had seen BigC45004x4's posting earlier, I'd have told him to say "Hi" from Stuart in Redmond, WA. I know he's run into supply problems for my 10X10 adapters and now awaiting 40 new studs. My wife is VERY concerned, but I'm remaining hopefully optimistic. I just hope they get here before we get snow again, the OEM load range "G" tires they put on F450's are like slicks in the snow. Driving my HEMTT 8x8, while fun, isn't really an option, it only holds two people and only gets about 3-4 mpg. Not really an option for a family of four, plus I if hit someone, they'd most likely be dead. I've nearly crushed a Mazda Miata once, they were about 18" from certain death but that is another story.

I want to say very good things about Dave, but I'll have to hold off all further comments about him until I know the ultimate outcome.

I wanna see pics of those 26" wheels!!!!!!!!!!
