Default Ford wheels on my 1st gen

I bent my steel wheel on Goldie, This pothole about smallowed my truck, I almost blasted another car, I got two old Ford 8 luggers, now I need lug nuts. There on, and they fit, I think there the same size.Does anyone make a 1/2 20 big accorn lug, cause the small Dodge lugs are too small. These Ford wheels have a large accorn lug, bigger than the ones on Goldie.I went to the parts store and they don't have sh@t. I'm gettin new tires in the morning and I need them. Any help would be great. Thanks again.

1/2 20 is what is used on most Ford passenger cars (like my '67 Mustang) and light duty trucks. The larger acorn may go hand in hand with a larger shank. The two trucks share the 8X6.5 lug pattern, so I can't see a big difference in lug nuts. Finding lugs nuts at a parts store is usually azz, go to a tire store.
