Ive got an 03 Hd Dmax with 15'' lift 41'' iroks on a str8 axle, lets put it this way, I just got it out of the shop today cause it wonders all over the road, they did some work to it and i guess they had it about a month, theyve worked on it and theres just not much they can do to make it 100% the front end is from either 05 or 06 ford f250, im currently getting parts together so they can do their custom IFS.

Big Hoss, It sounds like you need a panhard bar. with that much lift the springs are gonna want to sway left and right and also if they didn't turn the axle correctly for pinion angle you will have issues due to caster being way off. ex. when you turn the wheels they will lean because the knuckles have turned and no longer ride parallel to the ground. just some things to look at.

i had the sam eproblem with my 97 chevy on 20 inches of lift o 44's. panhard bars sway bars etc just didt do the trick. after thousands and thousands spent, i found the best solution that made it drive like a whole new truck.

2 words: hydraulic assist (icludes steering box ps pump and ram) best 1000 bucks ive ever spent
