Default Cognito leveling kit

Will this level my truck if the screw on the driver side is already screwed all the way in. Do I need to buy keys also?

If your lifted above 2" over stock then yes you need the green keys. Also, any lift or cranking done that is 2" over stock or more will require an alignment.

Also cranking will wear out your front end parts faster.
