Got that covered with the D-T Profab bar. It's at what he advertises is the max height for his bar but it fit's fine. I think he underrates his own product.

Finally got around to this. Deaver spring says they can build it but with their progressive spring style it's gonna drop my carry weight considerable, so they're out. Carrier spring says they can do it using and inverted spring shackle that they designed that hangs below the mount 3 inches instead above the mount 3 inches and then use a wedge to correct pinion angle. They say a 5 degree wedge would put this close to where it would need to be. Doing this I could either re-use the current springs and get rid of most of the factory block or use a new spring pack to get rid of all the block.

They're supposed to call me back with more details of prices and time frames to build it, along with pictures e-mailed out.

doing a shackle flip is a common setup with the offroad guys not a bad set up it may cause some slight axle wrap do to the leverage but it should be better than using lift blocks. the wedge shouldnt be bad though hope it works out for you would love to see pics of it when you get it set up
