They should be 16X6.5

From dodgeram.org:

1994-2002 2500 2WD/4WD Steel Wheels:

Lug Pattern - 8 on 6.5", 9/16" bolt
Rim Size - 16x6.5"
Offset - 4.75"
Max Tire Size - 245/75R16, 255/85R16

Dodge Ram Specifications

*** max tire size stated there isnt necessarily correct - Im running 285's on the chrome wheels with the same measurements ***

In the description they show this wheel as a 16X6.5, never seen one like that though it must have some special optional wheel.

Thanks all. Now I just have to find as narrow as possible tire to fit on this rim in load range E and I'll be set.

No fair addin to your post after mine. I just read through it real quick and saw the 8 lug on 6 1/2 and didn't take the time to read into just what he was talkin about there. Had to go back and check it out again.
