Default Re-arched leaf springs

My truck has re-arched leaf springs in the back. The leafs in the front are flat like normal. How does this work? It sits perfectly level. Also it rides really rough. Obviously cause of the rear leafs. Is there a better way to do it?

New springs made for the height and weight you are wanting to carry.

I looked on eBay but couldn't find any new ones.
