Whose wheels hold a finish?

Whose wheels hold a finish?
I have a 99 1 ton non-dually, with 16.5's and a big offset. I don't like the ride with a wide stance, or the front end wear, so need new wheels and 35's for the 4.56 gears but I want to know whose wheels hold up best off-road. BMF, Fuel, XD, ATX teflon, Ballistic, Pro Comp etc... most make a wheel I like. I can throw up a pic if anyone wants, have none atm, its forest green with some chrome that's coming off in the near future. Thanks in advance!

And on that note, I have no knowledge about tires for diesels, I don't haul much for now so I don't know if E rating is needed but I know for sure the tires that worked on my jeep won't be the best for this rig. Any opinions on a good 35 for this truck, from commuting to crawling, would be helpful as well.
