Blowing the back of the injection pump because of taking the plate out... Is completely unrelated. Taking the plate out had nothing to do with that.

There are many rumors of "dangers" of taking the fuel plate out completely, but they are just heresay. The only thing in danger with taking the fuel plate out is the stock clutch

A south bend dual disk will hopefully take care of that issue for me

Ready for the next 15 weeks (and numerous paychecks) to come! Love summer

im making my truck into a drag/daily driver truck. all the parts i have are listed in my sig plus add a fully built 47re with 3 billet shafts, upgraded servos, billet flexplate, hayeden trans cooler, mag-tec deep pan and all the works inside the trans. plus add a custom cowler head, decked, oringed, 110# valve springs, ported and polished. what kind of hp u think ill be running?

on the p-pump its a 180hp pump, with full cut dv's 4k springs, rack plug, fuel plate, and .093 lines.

just trying to figure out what ill be sitting at.. all these parts will be going on once i get home from being overseas. Thank guys for the input... really appreciate it!

You definitely want to watch who you line up against, my buddies D-max puts 700+ to the ground, we ran into a supra who looked totally stock, didn't even sound modded, here he was pushing 1000 HP, we got ate alive.
