I'll hook me Dmax to a cummins. I've pulled and won with a gas 78 F-150 before Its not horsepower, its all weight and technique. Like has been said before. And just a tip for all you guys saying the Dmax would break, most of us run Tie-rod sleeves, and idler/pitman arm braces. So don't be caught unaware thinking were gonna break just because of the IFS.
I've seen alot of 3/4 ton gassers pull around diesels, Turbo lag is a bitch, Now this is doing it right, When the horn blows the brakes come off. I dont want to see how good your brakes are I want to see what you can pull.
