Does anyone know where you can get a NOS bottle filled?

You might check your industrial gas suppliers. Our speed shops don’t fill NOS but 2 gas suppliers do.

check local performance shops too. the only place i can get mine filled now is some little tiny hole in the wall performance shop. kragen used to do it but they stopped

There is an inspection date stamped into the bottles as well. After 4 or 5 years they are out of date and need to be certified again. Some shops will not refill the bottles if they are out of date.
