just get an electric heating wrap from walgreens and wrap it around the bottle

NO leave the outlet at 6:00 and put the blowoff tube out the floor

that should work. get the highest wattage one you can find and a good power inverter.... or you could use a propane torch..... <--- not advisable if you have never done it before.... i've only done it a few times myself...... you got to have big ballz ....
