Default Magpul CTR FAIL

Otay boys and girls, this is why you always make sure your fingers and toes are clear when slamming the stock down to clear a jam...and yes this is a "approved" method, many years ago I cracked the stock on my M16A1 doing it on concrete...

So what you are saying is that if we are dumb enough to do this ,just make sure we have the vid camera rolling to capture the carnage!!!!!!!! wow that had to suck, would you recommend collapsing the stock first, would that help prevent damage??

Nope, I've never had the need to slam my CTR into the ground, but on any stock that's a collapsible I'd be leery of it breaking and squishing my fingers....just saying if you do this make sure your fingers are out of the way.....
