Not bad at all. Another $100 for a couple mags and a cheap sight. And you have a $500 shooter. Would it be a put your life on the line with it gun... Nope.... but I bet its fun as hell to shoot!

Oh and I just ordered a new EoTech for my Fire Dept AR.... it cost what your whole gun did.

I personally would trust my life to this AR. Put too may rounds through this polymer lower to call it crap. It is already machined on the inside for a F/A conversion. All it needs is the 3rd hole drilled, not too bad coming from the factory like that. So in a SHTF situation, mith an M16 parts kit and a drill and knowing where to drill the hole and voila......

Btw possessing a F/A parts kit for an M16 while being in possession of a S/A AR to the ATF is constructive intent.

And the FD AR is a lower he bought that was engraved to commerate the fallen NYFD on 9-11.

Ben said it, its a tribute gun I've been working on... Not 100% sure on the direction I want to go with it though, 20" bull barrel hunter, 7.5" pistol build, 11.5" Carbine.... I don't know yet.

I don't think $400 for a xps is horrible. Got a bunch of gift cards for my birthday and had to spend em on something.

On a side note there is a video floating around of some guys doing mag dump after mag dump on the Plum Crazy lower, hundreds of rounds... No real issue.

EDIT: Here it is. 860 rounds.

.50 cal anyone?

Its a McKay that I got from nodak spud. I guy in maryland did the engraving for me. Harford engraving i think it is.

The aimpoint is a nice unit just not for me. Too small for my taste.
