Saw a GSW to the leg, drove in, not bad all some soft tissue damage....not much blood...missed the tib/fib & walked out...

was a .25 cal pistol....

Like somebody stuck a 25cal icepick in the leg...almost slowed the person down...but not much...drove to the hospital aboout 30/45 min after the shooting...self inflected trying to clean the pistol...

 

meh... had a guy meet us in the frive way of his house and crawl up in the box with a 9mm to the leg his brother shot him with due to a ND.

 

walking is always better than crawling....

Unless ya shot a guy and he's walking toward you instead of crawling...I'd much rather shoot somebody and have them crawl than walk...

 

I have a BERETTA 950 JETFIRE 25 acp with GLASER SAFETY SLUGS does that mean I don't have a weapon I would only have it as a "BACK-UP"

 

Blue safety slugs don't penetrate deep enough to do much damage other thas superficial, the Glaser Silver penatrate deeper.

This is the 2nd shooting I've personally seen with a 25 cal...neither shooting did more than sort of slow down the person shot....neither required any surgery, or even a overnight stay in the hospital....

 

i have the biue safety slug, the other ammo i have is fmj

 

Ball ammo is like a icepick.....while the blue all but explodes and transfers it's energy upon contact...shoot a fat guy with a 25 auto glaser blue in the belly and chances are you won't penatrate any deeper than the fat...all the energy is transferred to his belly fat...it's ugly/bloody but superficial.....


Silver goes a tad deeper...

I've got both Glaser Blue & Silver...but carry gold dot's.....

 

Then it's better for me to carry my ASP than a 25 acp

 

Sharp stick and a poke in the eye hurt more......
