It's a shame there are cops out there like this that give the rest a bad name....

I want to assure our citizens that the behavior, as demonstrated in this video, is wholly unacceptable and in complete contradiction to the professional standards we demand of our officers. As such, appropriate steps were placed in motion as dictated by our standards, policies and contractual obligations. Those steps included: The officer immediately being relieved of all duty. The incident has been referred to the Internal Affairs Bureau for what will be a complete and thorough investigation. As bad as the video indicates our officer's actions were, there is a due process procedure to follow. That process is designed in the best interest of both our employees and the citizens at large. That process will be followed in this case as in all others. July 1 concealed carry without a permit became legal here....was all kinds of wailing...screaming....blood running in the street...1880's again....yet not one single gunfight...or even shooting...open carry is legal...and you can still get a state CC permit..for when you leave the state if you want reciprocity...
All they can do here if someplace is marked no CC...is ask you to leave if discovered...and if you refuse...you can get a misdemeanor for trespassing...

and a guy told me the no firearms signs have to be of a certain size to actually be legit... them little ones on like say grocery stores and things like that don't cant... which makes sense cause the signs on all banks/gov't buildings are noticeably bigger... but i really don't know...
