I'm not saying that either one of you are wrong. But the "What If's" and the twisting of the truth to discredit someone never ends. You went out of your way to go to the store and buy JHP's which are proven to cause more damage and have a higher fatality rate than ball ammo. You must have done that because you wanted to kill not injure. I see what y'all are saying but even if it's a good shoot, with factory ammo, and if you hadn't shot when you did you 100% would have lost your life. There are still going to be people who want to make you and guns look evil.

These are not what ifs... These are ALL things that people that were involved in justifiable shootings were exposed to during there trial. Some were said to be innocent, some not. These are all incidents that have happened... No just some "what ifs" we are making up.

I never said that you made any of the things that you said up. And the "What If's" where just a generalization. What I was saying was that THEORETICALLY in a HYPOTHETICAL case they could turn anything you did into a negative. It wasn't my intention to ruffle anyones feathers. The system is not perfect, and will never be perfect. And for what you said earlier about lawyers. Both the Defense and Prosecution can get rid of a potential juror for any reason or no reason at all. I hope that you nor I or anyone else for that matter ever has to see the raw end of this deal. Or for that matter the good end if you could call it that. The taking of someone else's life cant be an easy thing to deal with. Justified or not.
