It doesn't have a frame mounted safety

Issue with the thumb safety.....under real world stress it's so easy to miss a extened thumb safety on the 1911, how about this little one...

Even highly trained shooters can miss the thumb safety on the 1911 under stress....

I have a CASPIAN 1911 45, that some one weld two slide release & thumb safety together to makea double wide slide release & thumb safety, think about how wide they are now I'm thinking on replacing them with a regular one

i carry my glock 21sf or my rem r1 bolth 45acp for those of you who dont know but i just have them in my truck so size isnt a issue i perfer the glock because of magazine cap and 16 is better than 7 and only carry 2 mags so 32 is better than 14 not that id ever need that much in most circumstances but in case of a zombie uprising i think it will be enough to get me to my trusty ruger sr 556

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

but the 1911 is just old school cool its like a old muscle car just timeless and i will never buy a high cap 1911 cause to me they are not a 1911
